making change happen
I'm a mission-driven strategist and project manager, and over the last decade, I've worked with the CDC, NIH, Lexus, Snapchat, Los Angeles County & California Departments of Public Health, Wise Entertainment, AI tech startups, University of Southern California, Condé Nast, and more.

I've led public health and social impact campaigns locally and nationwide in the U.S. that bring resources to communities, help them stay more resilient, and benefit from programs that are meant to save lives.

I did my bachelor's program in journalism and a master's degree (at 21) in communication management, specializing in behavior change marketing. I love social media strategy and all the things that come with being chronically online. That said, I've also led projects that have used every trick in the book to reach people where they are, from coasters to posters, and from priests to their peers.

I want to help people tell their stories, especially those who want to make a difference. If you're a company that has a powerful life-changing product or a researcher who is doing groundbreaking work, or someone who is all of the things in between, let's talk!

My favorite saying is from Gilmore Girls: "gather ye rosebuds while ye may" Those words have carried me through the rollercoaster I'll call my life. I've lived in Dubai, Mumbai, and Los Angeles before turning 30, and each city uniquely defined who I am. Dubai taught me what it's like to truly be a third culture kid. Mumbai is home, the hustle and the spirit course through my veins. And well, what do I say... I grew up in Los Angeles. Spending your twenties in a city with people from every country in the world is the best thing that could have happened to me. I found confidence, structure, freedom, friends, and purpose in LA, plus it indulged my undying love for sunsets.
Currently, I'm back in Mumbai, building the next chapter of my life.
I have a few things on my plate for 2026. The first side quest is going to be learning how to sew. I'm co-hosting "Vidhya and Jiya Like Things" with my friend Vidhya—a podcast where we talk about, well, things we like. I also recently started a book club in Mumbai, because apparently I didn't have enough excuses to buy more books.
